Aussie
Sourdough Matured over 5 days to release the
full flavor of organic Australian Rye flour this loaf has
a mild yet unique taste making it an all-time favorite for
any condiments - sweet or savory just as you might like.
Rustica This
dark rye loaf with its rustic crust and highly elastic crumb
is ideal for daily use with hardy cold cuts, cheese and other
savories.
Ciabatta This
Classic Italian white bread is characterized by a crunchy
thick crust with an airy yet elastic crumb. Great for ‘Bruschetta’
(roasted slices topped with Tomato Salsa), or for dipping
in olive oil seasoned to taste. Ciabatta means slipper in
Italian – a name that stuck to the bread for its odd
shapes resulting from very wet dough that is difficult to
form.
Jogging – Multigrain
A healthy bran loaf loaded with sunflower kernels, flax seeds,
and oat- and rye-flakes – inside and out! The crumb
is pleasantly dense with flecks of grain creating a nutty
pleasure for your taste buds.
Paris Loaf – French Sourdough
This golden sourdough has a crisp, slightly blistered crust
and an ivory-colored crumb with an open elastic texture as
typical for the genuine 5 day matured dough. The full-bodied
aroma hints at the subtle nutty taste of our naturally fermented
biga. A healthy portion of whole-meal added to the sourdough
before baking ads to the fluffy crumb hidden within the firm
crust. Its a tear-and-share bread but also is nice when
toasted and served with Philadelphia cheese and a crunchy
salad leaf or turned into a healthy garlic bread. for

German Sourdough
A hearty loaf with rustic crust and coffee colored crumb.
As is typical for rye flour its texture is open and elastic.
The soft-spicy aroma of our sourdough-biga is enhanced with
the fragrance of Cumin and Fennel.
Laugenbrot
First of its kind in Malaysia! Smother it with butter or just
enjoy it plain. The lye on this bread supports neutralizing
acidity and heart burn.
Silserli Swiss
Laugen-Sticks are made of the same dough as the Laugenbrot.
Try with cream cheese and top with finely chopped spring onions.
Lauge (lye) supports balancing your body’s ph-value.
Crusties The
tastiness of Artisanas breads in a bun size. Paired in various
mixes and packed 6 in a bag, these breakfast rolls are ideal
for school or office snacks, and in small households for freezing
and enjoying one at a time.
Bātard
a genuine tear-and-share bread
- ideal with wine and dips. This loaf emphasizes a heavy crust and chewy crumb –
it holds its own - even without dip and can be enjoyed plain.
Toasties and Crusties
are made from the same dough as Ciabatta, Jogging Laugenbrot
and Rustica. They can be frozen and thawed in a microwave
for 6-7 seconds - sliced that they fit into the toaster and
toasted. The Crusties are small rolls which can be baked up
in no-time and make a delicious breakfast roll with
condiments of your choice.
Butter
Zopf A light and smooth braided bread traditionally
sliced and served for dipping in hot chocolate or coffee.
This all-time favorite of kids used to be the Sunday bread,
enjoy it now with the whole family either for breakfast or
at tea time.
Sultana Family & Minis
Also known as Dutch Bruder – its made from a delicious
yeast proven dough, that is treated as a cake and baked in
a tray according to an original Dutch Recipe. Best served
with butter and cheese.
German Apple Cake
Baked according to Grannies original Recipe this Cake has
it all; tasty apples, juicy fat golden raisins, hazelnuts
and almonds, just a touch of brown sugar sprinkled on top
and all embedded in a crumbly pastry.
